NEW ENGLAND & THE CANADIAN MARITIMES
Day 86 • The boys serviced the windlass, which had just recently blown a gasket and developed a squeak. Then our guests left for a day of sightseeing and souvenir shopping while we attended to our daily work commitments. Later we walked to the marine store, a true boat life experience, in search of a replacement part for the manual bilge pump. After dinner, Evan provided some musical entertainment. It might not have been the most interesting of days, but sharing it with family made it special.
