NEW ENGLAND & THE CANADIAN MARITIMES
Day 85 • Toured the Halifax Citadel National Historic Site, where we learned a lot about Nova Scotia. There were living history re-enactors whose cannon fire made us jump. The fort offered great views of the city down to the harbor. We then made our way through Halifax, exploring as we hopped between breweries. We brought some donairs along to the last stop and ate entirely way too much meat. Then it was back to the boat where we relaxed and soaked up all that was left of a beautiful day. The weather was perfection.
