DAY 144

NEW ENGLAND & THE CANADIAN MARITIMES

Day 144 • We’ve crossed over into North Carolina this afternoon, and strangely it feels like coming home. It won’t be much longer, and we’ll be back at Duck Creek surrounded by people we know. Until then, we’ll continue to participate in the great migration south with all the other boats looking to escape the incoming cold. This is our first time moving with the snowbirds down the ICW, and the amount of boy fights on channel 16 is getting old. Tonight, we’re quite content to be tucked away in a peaceful anchorage.
